Drawing on more than 30 years of experience with McQuaig, Julie integrated the assessments into MaxPeople's HR consulting practice to help clients define roles, align stakeholders, and make more informed talent decisions.

Using the McQuaig Job Survey as well as other McQuaig assessments, MaxPeople helps organizations clearly identify the behaviours needed for success in a role before hiring or development conversations begin.
